SNM Consulting was formed by Director Rita Nachef to fill a need in the market for tailored, effective HR solutions for businesses of all sizes. Where other providers have set ways of taking on client projects, and a cookie-cutter style, Rita works hard to really understand what her clients need and expect from her engagement with their business. The result is that no two projects are the same, and each client receives a considered, customised solution to address their HR needs.

Director Rita Nachef brings to SNM Consulting 20 years of experience in the Human Resources industry, many of which have been spent as a HR consulting contractor.
When you contact SNM Consulting, you’ll be dealing directly with Rita – so you can have confidence that your questions and queries are being answered by the boss.
Rita’s range of skills and expertise are wide-reaching, however some of her key specialties are workplace investigation (e.g. bullying and harassment claims), exit interviews, risk analysis, recruitment and performance management.
