Who We Are

SNM Consulting was formed by Director Rita Nachef to fill a need in the market for tailored, effective HR solutions for businesses of all sizes. Where other providers have set ways of taking on client projects, and a cookie-cutter style, Rita works hard to really understand what her clients need and expect from her engagement with their business. The result is that no two projects are the same, and each client receives a considered, customised solution to address their HR needs.

Our primary objective is to enable you to manage and operate your business while we take care of the HR side of things, and as such SNM Consulting’s engagement with your company will last for as short or as long as you require. Some clients come to us to help them navigate a compliance audit to ensure they are in line with Fair Work regulations, while others require a HR consulting resource on an indefinite basis, and for us to be based at their premises throughout.
